Our Winter Break Camps cover two full weeks, offering flexible options to fit your family’s schedule. Register for a single day, a full week, or any combination of dates to keep your player active and engaged. We provide a perfect solution for the pre-Christmas rush and the quiet days leading up to the New Year.

The period around Christmas is full of preparations. The week before New Year’s can bring cries of “I’m bored.” Our camp weeks are built to solve both problems. Drop your child off for a fun, active day of baseball and softball. You get the time you need, and they get an experience to remember.

D-BAT Mesa provides a quality teaching environment with professional instruction to enhance the baseball and softball experience for players at all levels and help them reach their goals.
The best way to teach the game is by getting into the details of baseball and softball with each and every player and instructing them as individuals. D-BAT has a core belief that every player plays a different game and should be taught to maximize his or her talents to suit his or her game.
Our D-BAT Mesa location features an exceptionally well-lit, indoor climate-controlled facility, with an environment that invites parents to be a part of their ballplayer’s development along with a top notch pro shop to provide all your equipment needs.
We are considered the premier facility in Mesa due in large part to the innovative way that D-BAT connects the player and parent with coaches and facilities to better their game.
Frequently Asked Questions
What equipment does my child need to bring?
Bring your gear, water bottle, and a lunch!
Bats, helmets, and balls will be provided for all children who require them and if your child needs any additional equipment, we have a fully stocked pro shop which offers quality, age appropriate equipment such as gloves, protective equipment, hitting gloves, and more.
Where are parents expected to wait?
Children can be dropped off for camp between 8:45 and 9:00AM and picked up between 1:50 and 2:10PM.
Parents do not need to stay at the facility during that time. You are welcome to stay if you’d like, however, we are staffed and have prepared programming to occupy your child for the entirety of that day.
What shoes should my child wear?
Athletic shoes only. No cleats, please.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we do offer discounts on D-BAT Summer Camp.
Discounts range from 20% to 30% off for D-BAT Members.

My child is newer to baseball, will he/she still enjoy camp?
Absolutely.
Kids who love having fun love D-BAT Camps.
For children who haven’t played competitively — or even recreationally — camp is still a thrill!
There are definitely baseball and softball activities — in addition other activities that kids love, regardless of their familiarity with sports competition.
Of course, if your child loves baseball or softball, they’ll feel right at home, too!
Do children need experience in baseball or softball to participate in a D-BAT Summer Camp?
Nope! No experience is required at all. We’ll be thrilled to teach them more about the sport and introduce them to concepts that might be newer to them, but coach them up so they feel confident participating.
Kids will be grouped by age and experience, so everyone will get the best experience for them!
Looking for something more advanced for your teen? Check out our Advanced Camp option for experienced players, ages 12-14.
Can my child stay longer than the regular camp hours?
At this time we do not offer any additional hours.
