D-BAT camps and clinics are always awesome – my 9 year old son loves attending. His hitting, pitching, and fielding have noticeably improved as well. D-BAT is a great option for keeping skills up and learning new skills. Personnel are all great too. A+ for sure.

What To Expect 🌟
Your young ballplayer will step into our training facility for a day packed with skill-building, friendship, and pure baseball and softball fun. Our experienced coaches focus on core fundamentals while creating an environment where every player feels supported and encouraged to grow.
Skills Development 💪
Players rotate through specialized stations focused on hitting mechanics, fielding techniques, throwing accuracy, and game strategy. Small group instruction ensures personal attention as we work on both physical skills and mental approach to the game.
Personal Growth 📈
What makes our camp special is our commitment to meeting each player at their skill level. Whether your child is new to the sport or plays competitive travel ball, our coaches adapt drills and instruction to help them improve and build confidence.

D-BAT Peoria provides a quality teaching environment with professional instruction to enhance the baseball and softball experience for players at all levels and help them reach their goals.
The best way to teach the game is by getting into the details of baseball and softball with each and every player and instructing them as individuals. D-BAT has a core belief that every player plays a different game and should be taught to maximize his or her talents to suit his or her game.
Our D-BAT Peoria location features an exceptionally well-lit, indoor climate-controlled facility, with an environment that invites parents to be a part of their ballplayer’s development along with a top notch pro shop to provide all your equipment needs.
We are considered the premier facility in Peoria due in large part to the innovative way that D-BAT connects the player and parent with coaches and facilities to better their game.
Frequently Asked Questions
What equipment does my child need to bring?
Bring your gear, water bottle, and a lunch!
Bats, helmets, and balls will be provided for all children who require them and if your child needs any additional equipment, we have a fully stocked pro shop which offers quality, age appropriate equipment such as gloves, protective equipment, hitting gloves, and more.
Where are parents expected to wait?
Children can be dropped off for camp between 8:45 and 9:00AM and picked up between 1:50 and 2:10PM.
Parents do not need to stay at the facility during that time. You are welcome to stay if you’d like, however, we are staffed and have prepared programming to occupy your child for the entirety of that day.
What shoes should my child wear?
Athletic shoes only. No cleats, please.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we do offer discounts on D-BAT Summer Camp.
Discounts range from 20% to 30% off for D-BAT Members.

My child is newer to baseball, will he/she still enjoy camp?
Absolutely.
Kids who love having fun love D-BAT Camps.
For children who haven’t played competitively — or even recreationally — camp is still a thrill!
There are definitely baseball and softball activities — in addition other activities that kids love, regardless of their familiarity with sports competition.
Of course, if your child loves baseball or softball, they’ll feel right at home, too!
Do children need experience in baseball or softball to participate in a D-BAT Summer Camp?
Nope! No experience is required at all. We’ll be thrilled to teach them more about the sport and introduce them to concepts that might be newer to them, but coach them up so they feel confident participating.
Kids will be grouped by age and experience, so everyone will get the best experience for them!
Looking for something more advanced for your teen? Check out our Advanced Camp option for experienced players, ages 12-14.
Can my child stay longer than the regular camp hours?
At this time we do not offer any additional hours.
