Where kids come for the game and leave with the confidence. D-BAT Scottsdale Summer Camp delivers 11 weeks of themed, co-ed baseball and softball camps designed for every skill level. Experienced players sharpen their game. Beginners discover they’re athletes. And every single kid leaves having had the time of their life in our cool, climate-controlled facility while Arizona does its thing outside.

Our son loves camp! He’s developed his skills and got to spend time having fun playing a game he loves which is so hard to do over the summer in our heat. We are glad he has a place to go with great coaches who make it challenging but fun!

My child would be considered a rookie as far as skill level. The instructors where very very good at recognizing what his strengths are. Perfect place for indoor softball, great pitching machines! Staff is the best, professional and friendly.

My child is newer to baseball, will he/she still enjoy camp?
Absolutely.
Kids who love having fun love D-BAT Summer Camp.
For children who haven’t played competitively — or even recreationally — summer camp is still a thrill!
There are definitely baseball and softball activities — in addition other activities that kids love, regardless of their familiarity with sports competition.
Of course, if your child loves baseball or softball, they’ll feel right at home, too!
Who is running the camps?
Our camp instructors have experience playing baseball or softball at the college level or higher.
How is lunch handled? What about snacks?
Please send your child with a lunch, plenty of water, and any other snacks your child may want throughout the day. We will have some snacks and drinks for sale at the front desk.
On Fridays we host a Pizza Party at no additional cost!
Do children need experience in baseball or softball to participate in a D-BAT Camp?
Nope! No experience is required at all. We’ll be thrilled to teach them more about the sport and introduce them to concepts that might be newer to them, but coach them up so they feel confident participating.
Can my child stay longer than the regular camp hours?
Yes! For an additional fee you can register your child for Extra Innings from 2PM – 4PM each day.
What equipment does my child need to bring?
Children are welcome to use any of their own equipment during the clinic.
Bats, helmets, and balls will be provided for all children who require them and if your child needs any additional equipment, we have a fully stocked pro shop which offers quality, age appropriate equipment such as gloves, protective equipment, hitting gloves, and more.
Where are parents expected to wait?
Children are dropped off for Summer Camp each day at 9AM and picked up at 2PM.
Parents do not need to stay at the facility during that time. You are welcome to stay if you’d like, however, we are staffed and have prepared programming to occupy your child for the entirety of that day.
What should my child wear?
Athletic shoes only. No cleats, please.
Baseball pants are not required; athletic shorts and a t-shirt are perfect!
What is your refund policy?
We staff and program based upon number of participants and are unable to offer refunds for D-BAT Camps.
